At BleuMuriel, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please review our return policy below.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Opened or used beauty products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 2 days of receipt with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide instructions for returning the defective or damaged item.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 3 days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Promotions, Giveaways, Anniversary Draws, Competitions, and Related Offers

1. Entries for promotions, giveaways, and anniversary draws close on the eve of the draw date unless a different deadline is clearly stated.

2. Winners of promotions, giveaways, anniversary draws, competitions, and related offers are responsible for all delivery fees, shipping costs, taxes, and any other charges associated with their prize, unless otherwise stated.

3. Gift card value cannot be exchange for cash.

4. Prizes won during promotions, giveaways, anniversary draws, competitions, and related offers are non-transferable and cannot be substituted, exchanged, sold, assigned, or transferred for cash, other prizes, or alternative products, unless otherwise stated.

5. Winners of promotions, giveaways, anniversary draws, competitions, and related offers will be randomly selected through a fair and impartial draw. The Promoter reserves the right to verify each potential winner’s identity, eligibility, and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Failure to meet verification requirements may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner.
